Neo G’s Opti-Heal Advanced Woundcare has been clinically developed to provide hospital grade dressings for use at home. Opti-Heal dressings create a moist environment, which can help accelerate healing and reduce pain and scarring.

Opti-Heal Silicone Foam Absorbent Dressing can absorb exudate and hold them within the dressing to decrease skin damage to surrounding tissue. The wound contact layer features a high perforation rate for fast wicking and minimal risk of skin damage, making the dressings especially suitable for excessively exuding wounds.

Suitable for moderate to heavy exudating wounds such as:

Leg Ulcers
Diabetic Foot Ulcer
Pressure Injuries e.g Bedsores
Abrasion Wounds
1st and 2nd Degree Burns
Donor Sites
Surgical Wounds
Skin Tears

The perforated silicone wound contact layer prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound and reduces pain during dressing changes. The 360° seal is showerproof and protects wound from dirt and germs, helping to prevent infection. Repositionable and flexible for easy wound monitoring & comfort during wear.

Ensure the dressing is the appropriate size for the wound. The dressing pad should be ½ inch larger than the wound.

  1. Always wash hands before and after treating a wound.
  2. Gently clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin.
  3. Remove the dressing from the sterile wrapper.
  4. Remove central portion of the backing films.
  5. Place the dressing centrally over the wound site. Avoid touching the side to be used on the wound.
  6. Remove the two remaining backing films and smooth the dressing down over the skin.

For Removal:

The dressing cannot be used continuously for more than 30 days but can remain in place for up to 7 days dependent upon wound condition and exudate level.

Examine wound by carefully lifting a corner of the dressing. The dressing should be changed when significant signs of exudate are visible or can be seen pooling around the edge of the pad.

Remove dressing by pulling and slightly stretching a corner of the dressing. Gently remove the dressing from the wound bed and dispose. Cleanse wound site as required.

Retain box for future reference.
