We hope you enjoy your new Neo G purchase. But if you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us in its original packaging, boxed and undamaged.
We are happy to offer a refund for the price of the item or perform an exchange on unused items returned within 30 days. If the item is delivered to you faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where possible. Return postage is not included in the refund cost. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any worn, used or damaged products unless the product is clearly defective. Our money back guarantee covers unused items only.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any products worn directly on the skin, or pantyhose once these have been worn - with the exception of faulty items. Please try them on over your clothing to test the fit if needed.
Returning your product couldn’t be easier.
Simply email email@example.com, clearly stating the Order ID from your original purchase and either the size you are exchanging it for, or the request for a refund. We will then be in touch to discuss your refund or arrange an exchange.
Preparing and sending the package
Once a return has been agreed with our customer service team (as per the above), securely package your product, then return it to:
