Knee Q2: Do you have issues with Patella/Kneecap tracking?

During movement of the knee your kneecap also know as the patella should glide within a groove that is set near the thigh bone. Any deviation from this groove is means the patella is misaligned and would be classed as a patella/kneecap tracking issue. Symptoms experienced can include grinding, slipping, popping, or catching in your kneecap while bending or straightening the leg. Additionally, the knee joint may feel weak as if it may buckle, unable to support any amount of weight.
